Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 Business Days.
According to order status, it will be classified as
- If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away and give you a 100% full refund.
- If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
- If you ordered a custom piece, once our craftsmen start working on it (in an average of 2-3 days), your order cannot be cancelled.

First step to do is to check the tracking code that we send you by email to know where your item is.
If your item is stuck in transit for a long time, please understand that this is international shipping and transit time is different for every package. The average transit time is 7-15 days and may go up to 20 days in some cases. But once your package arrives to your country, you will get it in only 3-5 days.
Please note that items on pending status mean that shipping label have been printed but the item haven’t been dropped off at the postal office yet.
